NOA stands for Navigation, Obstacle and AI. It's a vest, worn on the shoulders, that guides the user with audio feedback. The device can give GPS instructions, e.g. "Turn right at 2 o'clock", detect obstacles with "beeps", and provide accurate descriptions of the surroundings using AI, e.g. "You are in a hallway, there is a door to your right at about 2 meters". NOA was developed with over 250 beta-testers and the support of many orientation and mobility trainers to complement white canes and guide dogs.
